We're not the only ones who love the Utah mountains
Sharing Utah was initially created unintentionally. It started when we (Brady & Emily) experimented with listing our Kaysville, Utah home on Airbnb in 2017. Our strong performance and positive reviews prompted Airbnb to list us an optional co-host for homeowners who were interested in listing their home on Airbnb but needed help with certain aspects of the process.
Through this platform, an investor from Park City reached out to us about managing their condo in Eden, Utah, near Powder Mountain (we had since moved to Ogden). We agreed and began managing our first property in Dec 2018. The results we generated drove some word-of-mouth referrals to our service. Soon, we were managing four homes in the Ogden Valley by people reaching out to us directly.
We quickly discovered that we loved building relationships with both homeowners and guests. Thanks to the beautiful Utah mountains and the need for quality, local property management services, we grew our portfolio of properties under management throughout 2019 and decided to make it a full-time thing in 2020.
